Our zorototo dispute and jurisdiction policy

We keep dispute handling factual. We do not accept abusive messages, false documents, edited payment proof, or attempts to bypass account checks. Holiday periods such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi do not remove verification duties.
